Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will act as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders, gathering functional requirements and translating them into comprehensive documentation and software solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with technical teams, clients, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders through calls, emails, online meetings, and in-person visits.

- Draft comprehensive Business/Functional Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents, including software solutions and wireframes.

- Present functional requirements and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders for feedback and approval.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into workable software solutions.

- Engage with clients and stakeholders, including management, business development, and project management teams, to understand and validate requirements.

- Coordinate with the project team to obtain effort estimations for proposals and communicate these to stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project proposals, including SOWs and flow diagrams, to support business development and project initiation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and company product developments to inform requirements and solution positioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

- Strong ability to write clear and detailed requirement specifications and user stories.

- Experience in drafting user manuals and training documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and business environments.

- Familiarity with wireframing tools and Agile methodology.

- Basic competitor analysis skills to support solution positioning and decision-making.

- Ability to provide input on project effort estimation and resource planning.

Experience: Hands-on Min (5 to7 ) years experience of handling relevant stakeholders, stakeholders and writing Business/Functional specification document and/or User Stories with required detailing

Education: MBA/B.Tech
