Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data, and support the development of solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.

- Work closely with product, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment on solutions.

- Conduct process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

- Prepare business cases, workflow diagrams, and impact assessments.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile/Scrum, etc.)

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to gather and interpret both technical and non-technical requirements
