Business Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact business solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements - Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows - Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC - Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies to support solution design - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews for requirement elicitation - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on deliverables - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), create test cases, and assist in validation of system functionality - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization initiatives - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-makers using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau - Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability of requirements Required Skills & Tools: - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or consulting environments - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies - Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar - Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business processes - Hands-on experience with data analysis and basic SQL is an advantage - Familiarity with wireframing or mockup tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) is a plus Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is preferred
