The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and define the short and long-term sales plan focussed on Architects and Interior Designers, keeping in mind business and brand objectives.
- Plan product ranges and prepares sales and stock plans in conjunction with international brand partners.
- Be fully accountable for the sales pipeline development for the brand.
- Design, implement and manage all company sales programs to ensure an SOP-based approach to business.
Experience Desired
- 10 +years of experience as an operator in luxury furniture retail is mandatory, ideally 5 years of which are in a leadership role.
- Must know all key interior designers and sales influencers in the respective region.
- Must know how to build and maintain CRM data and dashboard.
- Demonstrate excellent process-building and organization skills in a high-growth environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
