
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Training Manager to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of training initiatives across our QSR operations. The role will focus on building robust training frameworks, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, and coaching both trainers and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in instructional design, QSR operations, and digital learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Content Design & Development
- Design, develop, and update training content for front-line staff, managers, and franchise partners.
- Develop SOP-based learning modules (classroom, e-learning, video-based, and blended learning).
- Incorporate learner-centric methodologies, simulations, and microlearning techniques for effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of training materials with operational standards, food safety norms, and brand culture.
2. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct and oversee structured training sessions across outlets and support centers.
- Drive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives to build internal training capabilities.
- Coach trainers and operations team members to improve facilitation skills and on-the-job performance.
- Ensure consistency in delivery and assessment across all training interventions.
3. LMS Administration & Digital Learning
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, reporting, and analytics.
- Track learner progress, completion, and effectiveness through system dashboards.
- Recommend and implement digital tools for interactive and engaging learning experiences.
4. Coaching & Capability Building
- Mentor trainers and outlet-level training champions.
- Support Operations Managers in building people capability, leadership skills, and adherence to training standards.
- Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Franchise teams to align training with business needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous development of franchisee and store teams.
- Provide insights on talent development through training data and analytics.
