
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Manager - IT to lead IT infrastructure and support operations across all brand stores and the head office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, software systems, and network management, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the IT team managing hardware and software for all brand stores.
- Install, configure, and maintain company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
-Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems at the head office.
- Log and resolve technical queries from internal users and customers.
- Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues or trends.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults promptly.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Respond to IT-related call-outs and incidents in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
- Prepare sales data and resolve third-party integration issues (e.g., Zomato/Swiggy).
- Manage user access and permissions across organizational software systems.
