Department: Human Resources Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, India Reports To: Senior Leadership Job Summary: The Senior Manager HR plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the human resources functions of the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, leading a team of HR professionals, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while complying with all relevant labour laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management. 2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts top-quality candidates. - Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies and partnerships. - Lead the development of job descriptions and candidate evaluation processes. 3. Employee Relations: - Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations. - Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement. - Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. 4. Performance Management: - Develop and oversee performance management processes. - Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development. 5. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. 6. Compensation and Benefits: - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. - Oversee compensation analysis and benchmarking. 7. Legal Compliance: - Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations. - Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. 8. HR Metrics and Reporting: - Track and report key HR metrics to senior management. - Use data-driven insights to make HR-related decisions. 9. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience in HR management, with at least [X] years in a leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
