You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing initiatives, and ensuring were on track to meet our growth goals.

What You'll Do:

- Revenue Growth: Lead and support initiatives aimed at driving topline across both dine-in and delivery channels.

- Program Management: Own the execution of key revenue-driving projects from design to deployment to post-launch tracking.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams across Operations, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure efforts are well-integrated.

- Campaign Performance: Help plan and monitor offers, campaigns, and menu strategies across delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Build and manage reports/dashboards, track performance metrics (AOV, ATV, order count, conversion rates), and drive decisions backed by data.

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and create solutions to streamline revenue-related workflows.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

- You are not a faint hearted and has bias for action.

- Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive on ground to solve the problems.

- Have an MBA/Btech from a reputed B-School/Tier 1 Engineering Colleges

- Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, growth, strategy, consulting, or CEO's office

- Are structured in thought, action-oriented, and can handle ambiguity well

- Are comfortable working across departments and driving alignment without authority

- Are fluent in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and basic dashboards, and can break down complex data into simple insights

- Enjoy ownership and accountability in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
