We are looking for a Manager Procurement & Logistics to streamline sourcing, strengthen vendor partnerships, and optimize supply chain efficiency across our growing network.
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon (Corporate HQ)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Maintain a robust vendor database and continuously benchmark suppliers.
Vendor Management:
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and resolve disputes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, QSR, and industry standards.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
- Optimize inventory planning and distribution across regions for cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, franchise, and finance) to forecast demand and align supply accordingly.
Process Excellence & Analytics:
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for procurement and logistics performance.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management suitable for the QSR/FMCG industry.
