Description :
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement & Sourcing :
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors across India for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Maintain a robust vendor database and continuously benchmark suppliers.
Vendor Management :
- Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and resolve disputes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, QSR, and industry standards.
Logistics & Supply Chain :
- Oversee end-to-end logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply to franchise and company-owned outlets.
- Optimize inventory planning and distribution across regions for cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, franchise, and finance) to forecast demand and align supply accordingly.
Process Excellence & Analytics :
- Use data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce wastage.
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for procurement and logistics performance.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management suitable for the QSR/FMCG industry.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics within QSR, FMCG, or restaurant industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with expertise in cost optimization and vendor development.
- Analytical mindset with experience in procurement/ERP tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
