Role Summary:

- The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and drive strategic transformation projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Planning

- Support formulation and execution of short-term and long-term business strategies.

- Conduct market intelligence, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities.

- Assist leadership in defining business roadmaps, growth models, and strategic KPIs.

- Participate in annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.

Analytics & Insights

- Analyse large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and trends.

- Develop structured reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for decision-making.

- Identify efficiency gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.

- Support predictive analysis for demand planning and performance optimization.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Map current workflows and suggest scalable improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.

- Identify automation opportunities and support digital transformation projects.

- Ensure continuous improvement through periodic performance reviews.

Project Management

- Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects from conceptualization to execution.

- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely implementation.

- Prepare project documentation and progress reports for senior management.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Engage with senior stakeholders to align business objectives.

- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to leadership forums.

- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless implementation.

- Act as a change agent to promote innovation and agility within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate from IITs or IIMs.

- MBA from reputed IIM campuses or other top-ranked management institutes is highly preferred.

- Specialization in Strategy, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or General Management preferred.

Experience

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

- Exposure to consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or management roles preferred.
