Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Online Sales Category Manager to own and grow our online revenue across food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy), our website, and app. You will be responsible for developing online product strategies, promotions, pricing, and performance analytics to drive order volume and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Ownership: - Define and execute the long-term online sales roadmap aligned with business growth targets. - Lead digital P&L management, ensuring top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency. - Platform & Channel Leadership: - Oversee all aggregator partnerships (Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo, etc.) and Burger Singh's own platforms (app/web). - Lead commercial negotiations, partnership expansions, and performance accountability. Category & Product Strategy: - Own the digital menu strategy-category design, new launches, bundling, pricing, and promotions. - Conceptualize and launch digital-first SKUs, seasonal offerings, and loyalty-driving initiatives. Performance & Analytics: - Build a performance dashboard culture-track conversions, AOV, retention, CAC, LTV. - Use data to optimize UX, pricing, listing strategy, delivery times, and operational performance. Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Build and mentor a high-performing team across growth, analytics, and category management. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Ops, and Supply Chain to enable seamless execution. - Identify and launch new digital revenue streams including cloud kitchen models, dark brands, and virtual storefronts. Candidate Profile: - 3-5 years of leadership experience in online category management, sales, or digital business strategy. - Proven P&L ownership in a consumer-facing D2C/QSR/FMCG/E-commerce environment. - Deep understanding of food delivery ecosystem (Zomato/Swiggy) and D2C digital levers. - Strong commercial acumen, growth mindset, and analytical rigor. - Prior experience leading cross-functional digital teams; entrepreneurial experience is a big plus.
