Burgeon IT Services - Solution Architect

We are Hiring: MSP_D365_Solution_Architect

Minimum 12 to 14 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect Finance Functional in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP Implementations with a thorough understanding of the Finance Processes including end to end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.

- Strong Finance and Accounting business knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and must be able to work independently with clients, business users and various other stakeholders.

- A good understanding of the D365 FO core services, AR, AP, GL, Sales & Ordering, Procurement Process, and Financial reporting.

- Thorough understanding of Order to cash, procure to pay and finance reporting.

- Ability to articulate business requirements, capabilities & competencies, product/solution features, and technology aspects.

- Requirement Gathering and Leads the Fit/Gap analysis to define the solution design including to-be Tech processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach and non-functional requirements.

- Experience in working with Onsite/offshore model, preparing Functional Design Doc, KDD, and experience in E2E deployment including preparation of End-to-End business scenarios for SIT, UAT, Cutover Go-Live and Hypercare.

- Takes initiative to be informed about innovations in technology, market changes, methodologies, best practices, and develops internal improvements/innovations.

- Good customer communication skills and experience.

Mandatory skills:

- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

- Expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management

- Solid understanding of AR, AP, GL, Financial Reporting

- Experience in Solution Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Requirement Gathering

- Hands-on experience in E2E implementation, UAT, Go-Live & Hypercare

- Strong stakeholder management and communication
