Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Bupa as an employer of choice.
- Create and manage compelling content for LinkedIn, social media platforms, and promotional videos that highlight Bupa's culture, values, and employee experience.
- Lead senior to mid-level hiring across multiple business functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze branding performance metrics and recruitment trends to continuously optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding initiatives with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in employer branding and talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in employer branding, social media content creation, video campaigns, and LinkedIn page management.
- Strong track record in senior-level hiring and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with branding analytics tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
