Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver orientation programs / Induction for new employees.
- Identify trends and support business with people related analytics.
- Coordinate the implementation of performance management processes
- Assist the business in making promotion decisions
- Help processes enhancements / improvements to HR processes.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - Drive DEI strategies and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues.
- Provide coaching & counselling to business leaders and employees
- Connect with employees and managers to understand the pulse of the organization Scan environment and take corrective actions thereafter.
- Drive employee's participation in engagement events.
- Evaluate Attrition control measures.
