About the Role:

Buniyad Real Estate is expanding its Retail & Commercial Leasing division.

We are looking for professionals with a deep understanding of retail property markets, capable of handling leasing transactions and building strong relationships with developers, tenants, and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end retail and commercial leasing for malls, high-street properties, and shops.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and brands.

- Identify new leasing opportunities and negotiate deals.

- Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, and trend analysis.

- Handle documentation and support business growth targets.

Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of the Noida/Gurgaon retail and commercial property market.

- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong leasing experience.

- Proactive approach and strong market intelligence.
