About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations.

This role involves mentoring the team, driving business growth, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth.

- Build and maintain strong networks with channel partners, investors, and developers.

- Oversee client servicing, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Represent Buniyad at property expos, client meetings, and networking events.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in real estate.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of the NCR property market.

- MBA or Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
