We are looking for experienced candidate from construction industry only.  Locations : Bangalore  Responsibilities:  - Lead the process of sourcing of various materials of all categories related to the construction industry.  - Pre-Qualify supplier and manufacturers' base before sourcing  - Lead and manage all activities related to sourcing and aggregation of suppliers, including and not limtied to onboarding national level manufacturers, distributors and local manufacturers for building materials  - Work out optimum Pricing Agreements with the selected suppliers, thus arriving at the best possible price, by demonstrating company's overall value addition to the suppliers  - Manage and Improve relationships with suppliers, distributors and manufacturers and monitor service levels  - Evaluate responses and decide upon the pricing, thus obtaining optimal terms and conditions from suppliers, distributors and manufacturers  - Renegotiate existing supply, service and pricing arrangements at regular intervals   - Act as the face of the company in front of a myriad of suppliers of construction materials in Bangalore  Skills Required:  - Knowledge of entire set of processes in sourcing and procurement  - 1+ years of experience in procurement and construction industry  - Strong collaboration skills, positive attitude and high energy  - Ability to build relationships and networks at multiple leadership levels  - Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills  - People management skills so as to manage diverse teams to get the desired outcome  - Ability to be resourceful and entrepreneurial in the face of uncertainty  - Proficiency in Kannada and Tamil will be preferred  Experience: 6+ years of Procurement Experience in the Construction Industry is must.  Industry: Construction, Real Estate
