Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business strategy and growth in CCTV & IoT segments.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with R&D to align products with market needs.
- Build strong relationships across enterprise, government, and residential sectors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10-12 years in business leadership, with 10+ years in CCTV & IoT.
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
Skills:
- Expertise in surveillance tech, IoT platforms, and smart infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
- Familiarity with government tenders, B2B sales, and channel partnerships.
