Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the full project lifecycle for human capital management system implementations, with a specialized focus on Payroll for the Middle East/Saudi region.
- Design, configure, and test custom calculations and rules within the payroll system to meet complex requirements and business policies specific to Saudi Arabia.
- Set up and manage core human resources functions, including employee data, absence tracking, and talent development features within the cloud-based HR system.
- Provide expert functional and solution guidance to clients on best practices for using human capital management systems.
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Develop and execute testing procedures, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support after system launch.
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth integration between the HR system and other business applications.
- Contribute to building efficient and responsive solutions in dynamic project environments.
- Mentor less experienced team members and actively participate in knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, particularly in Payroll (Middle East/Saudi).
- Proven expertise in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex system rules for payroll calculations.
- Strong functional understanding of Core HR operations, Absence Management, and Talent Modules within an HCM system.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings, delivering scalable and real-time solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations is highly desirable.
