In this role, bTranz Technological Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading and executing end-to-end implementation projects for our customers, primarily focusing on Oracle Fusion Financials and data migration activities. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of successful full-cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage the full life cycle of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects (end-to-end), from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Functional Expertise: Apply deep functional knowledge in core Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Assets (AL), and Tax Configuration.
- Configuration & Setup: Configure and set up Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer needs.
- Data Migration: Oversee and execute data migration activities using standard Oracle tools and templates, including FBDI (File Based Data Import) and ADFdi (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration).
- Project Documentation: Utilize implementation methodologies like Oracle AIM (Application
Implementation Methodology) and OUM (Oracle Unified Method) to create comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Budget Control: Implement and configure Budget Control functionalities within Oracle Fusion to enforce organizational spending policies.
- Testing & UAT: Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all configured processes meet customer requirements and are defect-free.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary functional expert, providing advisory services, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Travel: Be prepared for mandatory and extensive travel to client sites in Saudi Arabia (KSA) as per project requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams and junior consultants.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Total Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials.
- Implementation Projects: Must have successfully completed a minimum of 34 full-cycle implementation projects (end-to-end), covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Core Skills: Strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance (Fusion/Cloud and/or EBS).
- Fusion Cloud: Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation.
- EBS Experience: Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials is highly desirable.
- Data Migration: Hands-on experience with data migration projects using standard Oracle tools, particularly FBDI and ADFdi Templates.
- Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of key modulesGeneral Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (AL).
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in Tax Configuration and implementing Budget Control.
- Methodologies: Familiarity and practical experience with project methodologies like Oracle AIM and OUM.
- Testing: Experience leading and executing UAT cycles.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance is mandatory.
- Certifications: Relevant Oracle Fusion Financials certifications are a significant advantage.

- Travel Commitment: The ability and willingness to travel extensively and frequently to Saudi Arabia (KSA) is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
