Job Description: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving successful end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance implementations, leveraging your deep expertise in both Oracle Fusion and EBS. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex finance solutions. This position requires significant travel to KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to support our clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and translate complex financial requirements into effective Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Assets (AL), and Project Costing/Billing.
- Design and implement Tax Configuration solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet specific country and industry regulations.
- Configure and manage Budget Control functionalities to align with client financial planning and monitoring needs.
- Execute and oversee data migration projects utilizing standard Oracle tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADFDI (Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator) Templates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation following Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and Oracle Unified Method (OUM) standards.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Oracle best practices and system functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data conversions.
- Train end-users and client teams on new Oracle Fusion functionalities and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of extensive experience in Oracle Financials, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Must have completed 3-4 full-cycle, end-to-end Oracle Financials implementation projects.
- In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, AL.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Financials, particularly in migration or integration scenarios with Fusion.
- Proven experience in Data Migration Projects using FBDI and ADFDI Templates.
- Expertise in Tax Configuration and Budget Control within Oracle Financials.
- Familiarity with Oracle's implementation methodologies: Oracle AIM and Oracle OUM.
- Strong experience in conducting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA degree is highly desirable.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of dedicated experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.
- Proven track record of success in large-scale, complex Oracle implementation projects.
Travel
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) as required by project demands.
