Position: Head Broking / Head Equity / Head PCG

Location: Mumbai

Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head - Broking/Equity/PCG, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

- The Team Lead will oversee broking and trading operations, manage equity portfolios, and provide personalized financial and investment solutions to clients.

- Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team, developing and implementing strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, providing investment advice, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- 10+ yrs of experience on Broking , Equity ,PCG , HNI

- Strong knowledge and expertise in broking, equity markets, and portfolio management.

- Proven leadership experience, team management skills, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve goals.

- Cross sell of MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Structured products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships and providing investment advice.

- An analytical mindset with the ability to monitor market trends and make informed investment decisions.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial industry standards.

- Prior experience in the financial sector, particularly in broking or equity, is highly preferred.
