Role Overview:

We are looking for a Broker Relations & Vendor Analyst to join the Broker Relations team. The role will focus on market data and broker research procurement, vendor management, contract management, financial analysis and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of broker research and market data.

- Manage vendor contracts, renewals and commercial agreements.

- Maintain contract records, user entitlements and documentation.

- Support Portfolio Manager onboarding and research processes.

- Manage cost allocation across multiple cost centres.

- Support broker vote administration and analyse broker performance.

- Drive process automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Requirements:

- Experience in finance, capital markets, investment banking, asset management, trading or related financial services.

- Exposure to market data, e-Trading platforms, exchanges or financial data vendors.

- Experience in financial analysis, cost allocation or management reporting.

- Strong Excel skills.

- SQL and Python preferred.

- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

- Exposure to GPT/GenAI, Tableau or automation will be an advantage.
