Performance Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, focusing on driving measurable results such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Multiple Campaign Management: Manage multiple small- to medium-sized social media campaigns simultaneously, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation across various industries.
- Trend Implementation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, such as Shopping Ad campaigns, Retargeting, and emerging Meta and LinkedIn tools. Implement these strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and LinkedIn's precise B2B targeting options, to reach the most relevant users and drive conversions.
- Ad Creation & A/B Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy. Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and identify winning creatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI for each campaign.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with other marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Focus on generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion funnels to maximize campaign success for both B2B and B2C markets.
