Broadridge - Senior Leader - Asset Servicing

We are seeking a Senior leader in Asset Servicing.

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore

JD: We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership experience in Investment Banking Operations to lead a large Corporate Actions team.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in the Investment Banking domain, specifically within Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions

Deep expertise in:

- Mandatory Corporate Actions

- Dividends

- Income Processing

- Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage

- Proven experience managing large teams (30-60 members)

- Strong stakeholder management and risk management capabilities

- Experience in process migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred

- Demonstrated experience in transformation, process improvement, and process re?engineering

- Willingness to work in night shift (US hours)
