JD:

We are seeking a leader with 15+ years of experience managing operations, ideally within an Investment Banking GCC or industry platform provider. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to operations teams managing Fees across Global Markets, Transaction Banking, and Global Financing activities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Subject Matter Expertise - Extensive experience in Fees Management, with hands-on exposure to industry platforms such as SmartStream, FIS, etc.

- Technology Knowledge - Strong understanding of IT solutions supporting Fees Processing (Receivables & Payables).

- Transformation Leadership - Proven track record in driving technology transformation initiatives (e.g., rollout of new IT solutions, modernization of existing platforms).

- Operational Excellence - Demonstrated success in transforming Fees operations to achieve higher STP rates, improved efficiency, and enhanced partner/client experience.

- Change Management - Experience leading IT and operations teams through large-scale transformation programs.

- Communication & Storytelling - Ability to encapsulate operational roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders; excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Stakeholder Management - Strong capability in managing internal business stakeholders, external clients, and brokers.

Business Knowledge Description:

The candidate possesses strong expertise in managing brokerage, clearing, and exchange fees, with deep knowledge of fee structures and related general ledger accounting processes such as accruals and allocations back to P&L.

They have hands-on experience across both OTC and listed products, including:

- Foreign Exchange and FX Options brokerage

- Interest Rate Derivatives

- Repo and Bonds

- Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) - covering clearing fees, brokerage, and executing fees (Give-In & Give-Up)

The candidate also demonstrates strong understanding of venue brokerage and automated brokerage settlement platforms such as Atlantis (FIA Tech tools).

Additionally, they have solid knowledge of custody and clearing fees, including reconciliation processes with entities such as Euroclear, and are well-versed in different fee types and their operational impact.
