Summary:
- Act as a single point of the contact for associates/managers & Leaders in the business unit
- Build strong business relationship with the BU, actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks like attrition and Talent
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes with the BU, Provide for excellent service delivery
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and bring positive changes in people management
- Engagement : Action planning of BU based on scores, closely track and monitor
- Maintain and report organization vitality findings as the performance of the business unit improves
- Strong critical thinking skills; ability to understand and set priorities, Strong organization and planning skills
- Should have 8+ years experience Overall in Human Capital & atleast 4 years in HRBP role
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Handle Performance Management for BU and Performance improvement discussions/ cases
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and conduct PM sessions for new joinees. Also follow up on timely closure of PM.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Processing Exit formalities, conducting Exit Interviews, capturing Exit survey feedback, access disablement
- Facilitating IJPs with the Business for lateral moves/Anchor all Internal mobility cases
- Anchor/own strategic Initiatives within HR examples Job Mapping, GPTW, engagement scores
- Work with L&D and Comp Partners on training needs and other C&B Interventions
- Assisting in documentation for Regulatory Compliances and Audits
