Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager-HRBP at Broadridge, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including performance management, employee relations, change management, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization to implement HR strategies that drive business success and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies that support those goals.
- Manage the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to the business.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a culture of high performance and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Strong employee relations skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues fairly and effectively.
- Experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
