Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute a targeted strategy to identify and pursue potential customers with monthly revenue potential exceeding target.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with prospects, conducting thorough need's assessments and solution presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of partnering with BRISKPE
- Sales Execution: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.?Implement effective account management practices to nurture and grow relationships with customers, maximizing long-term value and retention.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to show potential customers how our offerings can benefit them.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and report insights on market trends and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Drive the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience from initial contact to revenue realization
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally and positively in the market, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident, with a knack for closing deals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.?
