Territory Manager
- We are seeking a proactive and driven Territory Manager to join our sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned regions by building strong client relationships, managing distributors/partners, and achieving sales targets.
- This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective customers across sectors (corporate, education, government, etc.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, trade shows, and referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate reports on CRM tools and regularly update sales forecasts.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility across territory through promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably in AV, IT hardware, or interactive technology solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions (Pan India).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in selling AV solutions, digital displays, educational technology, or similar hardware/software solutions.
- Familiarity with government or institutional procurement processes.
