Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role (individual) for a Sales Manager located in Kozhikode.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a sales team.

- The role includes analyzing market trend, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales development and achieving sales targets.

- Strong track record with prior Edtech experience is mandate.

- HQ native is mandate and must know the geographical area throughly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Analytical skills to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
