Project Deployment and Process Optimization: - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements using modern technology solutions. - Work closely with project teams to deploy best practices and streamline operations. - Take the lead on high-priority projects critical to the promoters' vision and success. 2. Travel and Adaptability: - Be ready to travel extensively across the country (Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur) to oversee and manage various projects and business operations. - Adapt to different environments and challenges presented by our diverse portfolio. 3. Experience and Skills: - Leverage your 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or startup operations to drive innovation and operational excellence. - Utilise your problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of tech, marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience. 4.
