About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and narrative-driven Marketing Program Manager to drive our enterprise growth strategy and win new logos. In this cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing stories.
You will own the creation of high-impact pitch decks, presales enablement assets, and structured marketing analytics while driving operational alignment across our Go-To-Market programs. If you excel at data-backed storytelling, love rolling up your sleeves to build executive-ready presentations, and thrive on directly enabling sales teams to close enterprise software deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GTM Strategy & Launch Operations:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and expansion into new customer segments or geographies.
- Manage cross-functional launch operations across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Establish clear timelines, KPIs, and operational cadences for GTM initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
2. Presales Enablement & High-Impact Presentation Design:
- Partner directly with Sales and Presales teams to architect custom pitch decks, enterprise proposals, and RFP response assets tailored for executive buyer personas (CFO, CTO, CIO, Procurement).
- Translate technical features, ROI models, and product architecture into visually striking, persuasive PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
- Build sales battlecards, competitive matrices, objection-handling guides, and customer success stories to accelerate deal velocity.
3. Business Storytelling & Value Positioning:
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and core positioning that differentiate our platform in the B2B SaaS market.
- Own the narrative for outbound marketing assets, including buyer-centric whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, and demo scripts.
- Drive consistent positioning across all GTM touchpoints to ensure unified buyer communications.
4. Sales Alignment & New Logo Acquisition:
- Work closely with Account Executives and Business Development reps to identify friction points in the sales cycle and create targeted collateral to remove pipeline bottlenecks.
- Participate in pre-deal positioning discussions to help shape presentation narratives for key enterprise accounts.
- Conduct regular enablement sessions to train sales teams on updated messaging, pitch decks, and competitive positioning.
5. Analytics & GTM Performance Structuring:
- Build and structure GTM marketing analytics frameworks to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and collateral utilization.
- Analyze win-loss data, buyer feedback, and sales funnel metrics to continuously refine pitch decks and messaging strategies.
- Synthesize raw marketing and sales data into actionable executive insights to guide future marketing investments.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 - 6 years of core experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Sales Enablement within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Education: MBA from a premier Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School in India (ISB, IIMs, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, MDI, FMS, or equivalent).
- Mastery of Presentation & Visual Storytelling: Exceptional ability to structure complex business ideas into beautiful, logical, and persuasive PowerPoint / Google Slides decks.
- Presales & Sales Collaboration: Proven track record of working hand-in-hand with enterprise sales reps to influence deal closure and drive new logo acquisition.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with experience structuring marketing analytics, building attribution models, and interpreting sales performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, with a sharp eye for detail and copywriting.
Key Competencies & Technical Skills:
- Core Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel (Advanced Data Structuring), Figma / Canva (Basic design principles).
- MarTech & CRM: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar SaaS GTM tools.
- Mindset: High ownership, self-starter, comfortable working in fast-changing environments, and capable of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on asset creation.
