We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead / Manager to join our team and drive strategic financial initiatives while providing critical insights to our executive leadership team.

Position Summary:

- The FP&A Lead / Manager will lead our FP&A function and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.

- This role will oversee financial modeling, SaaS metrics analysis, budgeting processes, and provide data-driven insights to optimize business performance.

- The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of investment banking experience, SaaS industry knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with C-suite executives to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.

- Develop comprehensive financial models incorporating SaaS-specific metrics to evaluate business performance and guide resource allocation.

- Create and present executive dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and business trends.

- Lead financial analyses to support strategic initiatives including pricing strategies, market expansion, and potential M&A opportunities.

- Oversee the development of board and investor presentations with clear financial narratives.

- Collaborate with department heads to establish departmental KPIs and track performance against goals.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.

- CFA Level I certification or higher.

- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Prior experience in investment banking with focus on sell-side M&A advisory.

- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NDR, Magic Number).

- Strong financial modeling skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and presenting to boards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools (Excel, Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI).

- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and processes.

- Ability to overlap with EST / PST timezones.
