Education10x, which was our first acquisition, has already scaled more than 10x, in just 6 months, with their expert delivery in courses on financial literacy.
Schola, our second prized acquisition, is all set to create an impact across the SEAgroup.
With the acquisition of Metamorphosis Edu, BrightChamps has entered the B2B arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked to entrepreneurship. The startup also helps its clients come to grips with the National Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far JobTitle Sales Trainer Position Full Time focussed on setting up entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrightChamps, it plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.
Most recently BrightChamps acquired Edjust, further strengthening our portfolio of innovative learning solutions.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the performance and productivity of our sales team by delivering effective training programs, with a strong focus on On-the-Job Training (OJT) and sales performance monitoring. The candidate should be flexible with working shifts and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
- Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Execute OJT sessions to help team members apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
- Provide refresher and upskilling training sessions based on business requirements.
2. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of sales representatives post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to address them.
3. Coaching & Mentoring:
- Offer individual coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their techniques and outcomes.
- Work closely with sales managers to support underperforming team members.
4. Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide detailed reports on training effectiveness and team performance.
- Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to refine training programs Continuously.
What will make you fit for the role:
Experience:
Experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, focusing on OJT and performance improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and generate insights.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work in shifts and a 6-day workweek to accommodate business needs.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in training or sales coaching are a plus.
