Performance Marketing (Referral) Manager- USA Market- Ed Tech 1. Referral marketing: - Experience in designing, implementation and optimising the referral campaigns - Understanding of how maths work of discounts, gross margin to motivate referrer and also good for business growth - Familiarity for various digital mediums to promote the referral campaigns - social media, email, website placement, paid campaigns, etc. - Familiarity in liaising with sales team to understand what is working and what is not working, and suggesting answers for what is not working. - Ability to understand the data and make appropriate interpretation. Creation of reports. - Ability to see customer's view from multiple angles. - Ability to project manage work and work with multiple stakeholders to make it a success. 2. Familiarity with US market is a plus. 3. Work experience of running referral campaigns in Edtech companies successfully is a big plus.
