We already have teachers from ~ 10 countries - Acquire relevant companies in our space to turbo charge our growth aspirations What is this role about? The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to: - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's financial and strategic plan - Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts - Assist in development of the reposting framework as envisaged by the management - Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team - Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance - Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance - Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results - Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives - Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions - Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts - Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets - Communicating results and recommendations for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations - Working with the leadership teams during fund raise and M&A activities as envisaged by Management from time to time Skill / competency required: - Proficient in MS office Suite, advanced MS Excel, power points - Strong analytical skills - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing and leading FP&A/ management reporting projects - Experience in preparing management presentation decks and dashboards would be an added advantage - Good communication skills
