Job Title: Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Reporting to: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions in alignment with company policies and statutory regulations.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure, including preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax), and handle return filings/audits.

- Coordinate and supervise statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure timely resolution of audit queries.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management decision-making.

- Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting systems (ERP), and drive process improvements.

- Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash flow management as required.

- Mentor and develop junior finance/accounting team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and regulatory matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), with [4-8]+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and direct/indirect tax laws.

- Also has the knowledge of Global taxation for countries like USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, UAE, Vietnam etc.

- Experience in accounting finalization, audits, compliance, and ERP (Zoho) environments.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

- Experience in industry sector tech/startup preferred.
