- Design and execute market-specific sales strategies aligned to parent expectations, student age groups, curriculum relevance, and buying behavior in each geography.

- Lead and scale sales managers and counselors handling parent consultations, demo-to-enrollment journeys, and repeat purchase opportunities.

- Build a strong consultative sales framework centered on understanding a child's learning needs, interests, age, and skill gaps before recommending programs.

- Drive funnel excellence across lead response time, trial booking, trial attendance, post-demo conversion, and payment closure metrics.

- Partner with marketing, product, academics, and customer success teams to strengthen parent experience, learner outcomes, and retention.

- Use insights from customer conversations, regional trends, and team performance to improve pitch quality, objection handling, and overall conversion.

- Ensure team capability in selling K-12 learning solutions with sensitivity to child outcomes, parent aspirations, and educational value.

- Maintain accurate forecasting, business reviews, and action plans for target achievement across all ROW markets.

- Build a high-performance culture with strong coaching, accountability, and ownership in a fast-paced growth environment.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in EdTech, K-12 learning.

- Proven ability to lead large sales teams and consistently deliver revenue and enrollment growth across international markets.

- Good understanding of K-12 customer journeys, especially parent-led purchase decisions for children's learning products.

- Experience in high-velocity sales environments with strong ownership of conversion, coaching, and productivity metrics.

Preferred Background:

- Experience selling live learning, online tutoring, enrichment programs, or future-skills courses for school students.

- Familiarity with products focused on coding, robotics, AI, communication, financial literacy, math, or similar K-12 categories.

- Exposure to international parent-facing sales models and remote inside sales teams is highly preferred.

What success looks like:

- Consistent achievement of revenue and enrollment goals across US.

- Strong demo-to-enrollment conversion and improved sales productivity across teams.

- High team retention, stronger manager capability, and scalable sales processes.

- Better parent experience and stronger alignment between learner needs and program fit.
