Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in EdTech, K-12 learning.
- Proven ability to lead large sales teams and consistently deliver revenue and enrollment growth across international markets.
- Good understanding of K-12 customer journeys, especially parent-led purchase decisions for children's learning products.
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments with strong ownership of conversion, coaching, and productivity metrics.
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling live learning, online tutoring, enrichment programs, or future-skills courses for school students.
- Familiarity with products focused on coding, robotics, AI, communication, financial literacy, math, or similar K-12 categories.
- Exposure to international parent-facing sales models and remote inside sales teams is highly preferred.
