Key Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Female Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and a confident, strong personality to lead and expand our business development activities. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Electric Vehicle Rental Services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

- Identify and approach corporate clients, fleet operators, aggregators, and local businesses for EV rental partnerships.

- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers to pitch EV rental solutions confidently.

- Conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person, presenting EV rental benefits with clarity and persuasion.

- Handle negotiations and close rental contracts or corporate leasing deals.

2. Business Growth & Strategy:

- Create monthly business plans focused on target markets like corporates, logistics companies, and e-commerce last-mile partners.

- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.

- Explore partnership opportunities with charging stations, service centers, and EV maintenance vendors.

3. Sales Targets & Reporting:

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

- Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with senior management.

4. Team Collaboration & Coordination:

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and maintenance for clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team for branding, promotions, and campaigns targeting corporate clients.

5. Investor Interaction:

- Handle communication with EV investors regarding fleet management and rental model clarifications.

- Provide business insights on EV rentals for potential investment partnerships.

Required Skills & Personality Traits:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English & Hindi fluency preferred).

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Bold, confident, and presentable personality to deal with high-level clients.

- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach.

- Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain professionalism.

Preferred Background:

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Management.

- Prior experience in EV, automobile leasing, logistics, or rental services is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
