Brigade Group - Manager - Investment (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an intellectually curious, highly motivated investment professional who combines strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mind set.

As an Investment Associate / Senior Associate, you will work closely with the investment team across the entire investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, portfolio management, fundraising support, and ecosystem development.

You will have significant exposure to founders, investors, LPs, industry leaders, government stakeholders, and ecosystem partners, while playing a key role in helping Earth Fund identify and support category-defining companies.

Responsibilities:

- Deal sourcing, diligence and closure: Sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation (term sheets, SHA/SSA), investment committee presentations, and deal execution

- Portfolio Management: Track business performance, operating metrics, fundraising progress, and strategic initiatives.

- Build Market intelligence: Track emerging trends across UrbanTech, PropTech, Sustainability, ClimateTech, AI, and Industrial Innovation.

- Fund operations: Support portfolio tracking, pipeline management, CRM processes, and investment documentation.

- Fundraising/Investor relations: Contribute to preparation of fundraising materials, due diligence questionnaires, data rooms, and investor presentations.

What We're Looking For

- CA/MBA/CFA is desirable but not a must

- 4-6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated involvement in investment evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modelling capabilities.

- Ability to assess business models, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and growth strategies.

- Experience preparing investment memos, diligence reports and transaction materials.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
