
Experience : 10-15 years
Learning Needs Diagnosis:
- Identify capability gaps and performance needs in discussion with business leaders
- Translate business requirements into structured learning interventions and roadmaps.
- Assist various businesses in identifying learning requirements and recommending appropriate learning solutions.
- Support leadership pipeline and succession readiness initiatives.
Learning Design & Content Development:
- Design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, experiential).
- Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, and assessments.
- Customize learning journeys for different employee segments.
Program Delivery & Facilitation:
- Facilitate leadership, managerial, behavioural, and functional capability programs.
- Deliver workshops, simulations, and action-learning interventions.
- Enable internal trainers and subject matter experts.
Learning Effectiveness & Impact Measurement:
- Define learning success metrics
- Evaluation methods
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback analysis.
- Track impact using LMS and business performance indicators.
Experience Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong experience in learning design, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to leadership and behavioural capability programs.
Education:
- Postgraduate qualification - HR, Instructional Design, OD, Psychology.
