Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Growth


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote commercial projects (Commercial office spaces, IT parks, co-working, etc.).


- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging industry trends.

- Support business development teams with insights, positioning strategies, and market intelligence.

Sales & Leasing Support

- Drive lead generation campaigns to attract corporate clients, investors, and retailers.

- Design B2B marketing initiatives and relationship-building programs with brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and corporate clients.

- Collaborate with sales/leasing teams to meet occupancy, revenue, and sales targets.

Branding & Communication

- Oversee brand-building initiatives for commercial projects to ensure strong market visibility.

- Manage digital marketing, PR, events, and campaigns tailored for commercial buyers and tenants.

- Develop creative marketing collaterals, presentations, and investor communication.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, channel partners, and consultants.

- Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment of product positioning with market requirements.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.

- Establish performance metrics, track ROI of marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in commercial real estate.


- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, corporate leasing, and real estate investment trends.


- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and meeting business objectives.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
