Manager - Digital Marketing


Job Summary:


We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.

This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on experience with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, and display advertising.

- Oversee website content and optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

- Lead and collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to produce compelling digital content.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Manage the companys social media presence, engaging audiences and building community.

- Implement and maintain marketing automation tools and CRM integration for lead nurturing and customer segmentation.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company competitive.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelors /master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong project management and leadership skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
