Job Title : Team Leader (TL) - Real Estate
Reporting To : Branch Head / City Head
Location : Bangalore
Role Overview:
The Team Leader - Real Estate leads a sales team in primary real estate sales, driving site visits, bookings, and revenue while coordinating with developers and channel partners. Strong on-ground execution, team supervision, and compliance with real estate regulations required.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Sales Execution:
- Drive team sales targets for residential / commercial projects
- Manage site visits, client meetings, and booking closures
- Support new project launches and pricing execution
- Track daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion ratios
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage real estate sales executives
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and field coaching
Channel Partner & Developer Coordination:
- Work with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
- Coordinate with developers on inventory, offers, and site logistics
- Support negotiations and deal closures
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure RERA-compliant sales practices
- Maintain accuracy of booking forms, agreements, and CRM updates
- Ensure adherence to company processes
- Market & Customer Focus:
- Track local micro-market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of real estate primary sales
- Team handling and on-field leadership
- Site visit management and closing skills
- Channel partner coordination
- Understanding of RERA and property documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 1-2 years in a Team Leader / Sr. Sales role
- Experience handling residential or commercial projects
- Documentation accuracy and compliance- Team booking and revenue achievement
