As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive organizational growth.

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a strong workforce, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end HR management, HR systems (especially Keka), compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.

- Lead the entire recruitment process - from manpower planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.

- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMIS updates through Keka HRMS.

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and labor law regulations.

- Serve as an advisor to management on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and organizational structure.

- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and productivity.

- Conduct periodic reviews, appraisals, and training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR Management, preferably within the real estate or sales-driven industries.

- Expert in Keka HRMS with in-depth knowledge of payroll, attendance, and performance management modules.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

- Proven ability to handle high-growth environments and manage multiple functions independently.
