BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million.

Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

We are looking for a high-impact National Sales Head to lead and scale our pan-India residential sales business. This is a senior leadership role with complete ownership of revenue growth, P&L, and profitability across 7 key cities. The incumbent will primarily lead a large outside sales team, build strong city-level leadership, and drive consistent execution against aggressive growth and margin targets. The role demands a sharp balance of strategic thinking and on-ground execution, with a strong bias toward process, performance metrics, and people leadership.

As a National Sales Head you are expected to :

- Own pan-India residential sales revenue, with direct responsibility for achieving topline and contribution margin targets.

- Lead and manage 7 city businesses, each with dedicated city heads and outside sales teams.

- Design and execute a scalable B2C residential sales strategy aligned with annual operating plans (AOP).

- Drive rapid expansion, market penetration, and predictable revenue growth across existing and new markets.

- Own city-level and national P&L, including revenue, cost control, and profitability metrics.

- Work closely with Finance and Business teams to improve unit economics, sales efficiency, and margins.

- Define clear coverage models, territory planning, productivity benchmarks, and incentive structures.

- Establish and continuously improve sales processes, conversion KPIs, reporting cadence, and review mechanisms.

- Drive training, coaching, and capability building for city heads and sales leaders.

- Prepare accurate forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

- Work closely with Marketing to define inbound lead requirements and improve lead quality and conversion.

- Partner with Product & Tech teams to improve sales tools, CRM adoption, and customer experience.

- Align with Operations to ensure smooth handover, delivery, and customer satisfaction post-sales.

- Hire, mentor, and develop City Heads, Regional Leaders, and Senior Sales Managers.

- Build a strong performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results.

- Act as a coach and leader who can scale people and processes as the business grows.

The Ideal candidate should be:

- Highly analytical and comfortable with solving complex problems.

- Should be from Consumer facing industry with excellent analytical skills

- Minimum 8 years of cross-functional experience in managing large teams across different geographies.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
