BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

- Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

Lead - Supply Partnerships.

Role Overview:

The Lead - Brand Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing strategic brand partnerships to drive revenue, brand visibility, and market growth. The role focuses on establishing long-term alliances with relevant brands, managing end-to-end partnership cycles, and delivering mutual business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential brand partners aligned with business goals and target audiences.

- Drive full-cycle partnership management: outreach, pitch development, negotiation, contracting, execution, and performance reviews.

- Develop innovative co-marketing and cross-promotion strategies to increase reach and conversion.

- Build strong senior-level relationships with partner organizations.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and sales teams to integrate partnership activations.

- Track, analyze, and report partnership performance using measurable KPIs.

- Manage budget planning and ROI optimization for partnership initiatives.

- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to build visibility and networks.

- Maintain deep market intelligence on competitors, partnership trends, and brand strategies.

- Ensure seamless communication, timely activation, and resolution of partner concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 6-10+ years of experience in brand partnerships / alliances / co-marketing roles.

- Proven track record of securing and scaling high-value brand partnerships.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple partnerships with strong project management capabilities.
